Stationery: Configure Payment Receipts Email


To configure the payment receipts email, navigate to Settings > Hotel & Staff > Stationery > Payment Receipt.


In the Hotel & Staff section, click on "Stationery."


In the Stationery section, select "Payment Receipt."


Enable the EMAIL PAYMENT RECEIPT ON CREATION toggle.


Toggle the switch to enable "Email Payment Receipt on Creation."


Enter the PAYMENT RECEIPT EMAIL SUBJECT you want to use.


Enter the subject of the email you would like to use.


Enter the PAYMENT RECEIPT EMAIL BODY you want to use for the email.


Enter the body text you would want to use for the email.



The HEADER will be above the charges on the PDF associated with the email.


The header will be above the charges on the PDF associated with the email.



The FOOTER will be below the charges on the PDF associated with the email.


The footer will be below the charges on the PDF associated with the email.
