Stationery General Settings

To manage your property's General Settings for stationery, navigate to Settings > Hotel & Staff > Stationery > General Settings.

In the navigation bar, click on "Hotel & Staff."

Select "Stationery" from the options.

In the Stationery section, click on "General Settings."

Choose Salutation from the list.

Choose "Salutation" from the list.

Select a salutation option.

In the settings section, turn on the INCLUDE TITLE toggle if you want to include the guest's title. Be mindful there is not always an entry in this field.

In the settings section, toggle the "Include Title" switch to on if you want to show that. Be mindful that not always there is an entry in this field.

Expand the Hotel Picture section by clicking on it.

Expand the "Hotel Picture" section by clicking on it.

In the HOTEL PICTURE section, click CHOOSE FILE to upload an image. Please note, the dimensions for the confirmation letter (in case you want to show it as a banner) are 512 pixels wide and 131 pixels high.

In the "Hotel Picture" section, click "Choose File" to upload an image. Note that the dimensions for the conformation (in case you want to show it as a 'banner') are: 512 wide and 131 high.

Click SAVE CHANGES to apply the updates.

Click the "Save Changes" button to apply the updates.
