Manage Restrictions From The Rate Manager


To manage restrictions from the Rate Manager, navigate to Revenue Management > Rate Manager.


In the menu click on "Revenue Management."


In the dropdown menu, select "Rate Manager."


Under FILTER OPTIONS, select a DATE RANGE. All other filter options are already explained in this article.


In the filter options, click on "Select Date Range." All other filter options are already explained in the rate manager updating rates video.


In the date range update modal, click SET RANGE.


In the date range update modal, click "Set Range."


Then, click SHOW ALL RATES.


In the filter options, click "Show All Rates."


It is possible to set a restriction for one day for one specific rate by selecting the field of the date and rate you want to set the restriction for.


It is possible to set a restriction for 1 day for 1 specific rate, by selecting the field of the date and rate you want to set the restriction for.


On the left side, we can see all restrictions that are enabled for your property. Simply select the toggle of the restriction you wish to set.

Then, select SET to apply the restriction.

It is also possible to set a restriction for all rates for a specific day by using the ALL RATES bar at the top of the Rate Manager.

Then, click APPLY RESTRICTIONS under the REPEAT ON DATES section.


And then click on "APPLY RESTRICTIONS" under the REPEAT ON DATES section.


Click SELECT NONE under FOR EVERY to deselect all days.

Then, select which days of the week you want to set this restriction.

Click Select Date Range under UNTIL to open the calendar.

Lastly, click the SET button to apply the changes.

It is also possible to set a restriction for a certain room type only within a rate. Simply select the rate, and then select the room type. It is also possible here to have the restriction repeat on certain days of the week.

For MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY, you have to set the amount of nights.

Click the SET button to apply the number of nights.

Depending on your CRS, it is also possible to enable hierarchy restrictions. Please ensure you talk to an installer to have this enabled. Keep in mind there should be no restrictions set before this gets turned on.
