
[NEW!] FLEXIPASS For Mobile Keys
FLEXIPASS is now available as a mobile key integration via Settings > Integrations > Door Locks > Mobile Keys > FLEXIPASS.
Setup & User Flow
Please note, the property will need to have a new Salto or Saflok/Ambiance integration active before activating FLEXIPASS. Once that is confirmed, you can activate the direct FLEXIPASS integration and complete the following required fields:
- SERVER ADDRESS: https://flexipass.it
- COMPANY TOKEN: Depends on the enterprise; should be provided to you by the enterprise admin
- USERNAME: Depends on the enterprise; should be provided to you by the enterprise admin
- PASSWORD: Depends on the enterprise; should be provided to you by the enterprise admin
- COMMON AREA TOGGLE: Yes/No
- PASS LEVEL: Only 1 supported at the moment
Stayntouch PMS User Flow
When a guest checks in, the PMS user gets the option to choose the mobile key. The mobile key can be sent via email (email is mandatory to be sent to FLEXIPASS and cannot be unselected) or via SMS if the hotel has contracted the SMS service with FLEXIPASS.
Stayntouch Guest Kiosk User Flow
Hotels using FLEXIPASS and Stayntouch Guest Kiosk can give guests the choice of how they’d like their room key delivered during check-in:
- Key Card: Create physical keycards directly from the kiosk.
- Mobile Key: Instantly send a digital key to the guest’s phone or email.
This update makes the kiosk check-in flow more flexible, seamless, and guest-friendly—ensuring guests can choose the option that best suits their stay.
Stayntouch Guest Mobility User Flow
Hotels using FLEXIPASS can now automatically send guests their Mobile Key during Stayntouch Guest Mobility check-ins:
- If both key card and mobile keys are active and the guest profile includes an email, a mobile check-in is sent to FLEXIPASS.
- If no email is available, then no action is taken.
This makes the check-in process smoother, ensuring guests with valid contact details get instant mobile access to their room.
FLEXIPASS App User Flow
On the FLEXIPASS app, the guest will receive an email prompting them to download the app.
When a user opens the FLEXIPASS app, they are prompted to enter the code. Once the code is entered, the guest will receive the key.
