
Create Actions
To create actions, navigate to Settings > Reservations > Actions > + ADD NEW.
First, enter the ACTION TEXT.
Select the ACTION DUE DATE from the dropdown menu. The options are Arrival Date, Departure Date, and Today.
Then, select the DEPARTMENT that will be responsible to perform the action.
It is possible to preconfigure the ACTION DUE TIME, but this is not mandatory.
Click SAVE CHANGES to save the action.
Once the actions are configured, they will show up on reservations to select. In the actions section, click + ACTION.
Here, you can see the preconfigured actions for this property to choose from.
Simply click the action and the department; due date and text will be filled in automatically. It can still be adjusted if required.
Then, click POST ACTION.
