[NEW!] Multi-Property Reporting (In Pilot)

 

Stayntouch is excited to introduce Multi-Property Reporting—a game-changer for portfolio-wide insights! Now, you can seamlessly track key performance metrics across all your properties with essential reports like the Business on the Books Report, Check-In/Check-Out Report, Forecast Report, Top 100 Guest Report, Top Company & Travel Agent Report, and Financial Transactions Report—with even more reports on the way!

Once this functionality is enabled, Multi-Property users will see a new Reports tab when they log into their account. Visibility of the Reports tab is permission-driven, so you will need to assign the reports permission to your user from your user’s home hotel.

 

When you navigate to the Reports tab, you will see the list of reports available.

 

Note: These reports use our new reporting tool, so you’ll notice a different layout and user experience compared to our existing PMS reports. It’s designed to deliver faster access to data and greater flexibility. Over time, we’ll continue rolling out more reports using this updated format.

 


TABLE OF CONTENTS

Business on the Books Report

 

The Business on the Books Report will automatically default to display all property groups, all currencies, all properties, and the last 45 days up to the current business date; however, these sort parameters can be changed:

  • Property Group: You can choose to include one or multiple property groups on the report.
  • Currency: You can choose which currency is displayed on the report.
  • Property: You can choose to include one or multiple properties on the report.
  • Business Date: You can select a custom date range.

 

The report will always include the following Key Performance Indicators:

  • AVG OCC: Average occupancy according to the parameters selected.
  • ADR: Average daily rate according to the parameters selected.
  • SUM OF TOTAL REV: Sum of total revenue according to the parameters selected.
  • TOTAL ROOMS: Total rooms sold.
  • OOO: Number of Out of Order rooms.

 

We’ve also included a graph to show the sum of total revenue by date.

 

You’ll also notice a pie chart that depicts the Room Night Breakdown by Individual, Allotment, and Group. This pie chart is interactive.

 

 

If you scroll down to the bottom of the report, you’ll see the full Business on the Books Report as it appears in the standard PMS reports module. You can also expand each date to see totals by property.

 

 

You can also print, export (via PDF, PNG, or CSV), or schedule the Business on the Books Report by clicking the hamburger menu at the bottom left corner of the report. The exported report can even be sorted by various parameters.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Check-In/Check-Out Report

 

The Check-In/Check-Out Report will automatically default to display all property groups, all properties, and the last 14 days including the current business date; however, these sort parameters can be changed:

  • Property Group: You can choose to include one or multiple property groups on the report.
  • Property: You can choose to include one or multiple properties on the report.
  • Business Date: You can select a custom date range.

 

The report will always include the following Key Performance Indicators:

  • TOTAL CHECK-INS (Green): Total check-ins according to the parameters selected.
  • PMS (Green): Total PMS check-ins according to the parameters selected.
  • KIOSK (Green): Total Stayntouch Guest Kiosk check-ins according to the parameters selected.
  • APP (Green): Total app check-ins according to the parameters selected. Please note, the app is only applicable to a select few properties.
  • MOBILITY (Green): Total Stayntouch Guest Mobility check-ins according to the parameters selected.
  • TOTAL CHECK-OUTS (Red): Total check-outs according to the parameters selected.
  • PMS (Red): Total PMS check-outs according to the parameters selected.
  • KIOSK (Red): Total Stayntouch Guest Kiosk check-outs according to the parameters selected.
  • APP (Red): Total app check-outs according to the parameters selected. Please note, the app is only applicable to a select few properties.

Forecast Report

 

The Forecast Report will automatically default to display all property groups, all properties, and the next 14 days including the current business date; however, these sort parameters can be changed:

  • Property Group: You can choose to include one or multiple property groups on the report.
  • Property: You can choose to include one or multiple properties on the report.
  • Business Date: You can select a custom date range.

 

The report will always include the following Key Performance Indicators:

  • ARRIVALS: Total number of forecasted arrivals.
  • DEPARTURES: Total number of forecasted departures.
  • AVG OCC: Average forecasted occupancy.
  • AVG ADR: Average forecasted average daily rate.
  • TOTAL REV: Total forecasted revenue.
  • LY OCC: Last year’s occupancy percentage.
  • LY ADR: Last year’s average daily rate.
  • AVG VAR: Average forecasted variance.

 

 

If you scroll down to the bottom of the report, you’ll see the full Forecast Report as it appears in the standard PMS reports module. You can also expand each date to see totals by property.

 

 

You can also print, export (via PDF, PNG, or CSV), or schedule the Forecast Report by clicking the hamburger menu at the bottom left corner of the report. The exported report can even be sorted by various parameters.

 

Top 100 Guest Report

 

The Top 100 Guest Report can be sorted by the following parameters:

  • Property Group
  • Properties
  • Currency
  • Sort By: Choose from Room Nights or Total Revenue. Room Nights is selected by default.
  • Top Number: Choose from 10, 25, 50, or 100. 100 is selected by default.
  • Time Period: Choose from Last 7 Days, Month to Date, Last 30 Days, Last Month, Year to Date, Last 365 Days, or Last Year. Year to Date is selected by default.

 

 

The report will always include the following parameters:

  • Total Revenue
  • Room Revenue
  • Reservations
  • Nights

 

Top guests will display in ranking order with the following information:

  • Ranking
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Room Nights
  • Total Revenue
  • Stays
  • CXL Res (Cancelled Reservations)
  • No Shows
  • CXL (Cancelled) Room Nights
  • No Show Nights
  • Room Revenue
  • ADR

 

 

You can expand the bar chart by clicking the Maximize element button or space bar on your keyboard.




You can also download the report via Excel, PDF, or PNG by clicking the hamburger menu at the bottom left corner of the report. The exported report can even be sorted by various parameters. You can also export the report via email.





You can also click the View button to directly Export as PDF.

 

Top Company & Travel Agent Report

 

The Top Company & Travel Agent Report can be sorted by the following parameters:

  • Property Group
  • Currency
  • Property
  • Date Range: Defaults to this year, but you can sort by various date ranges.
  • Company/Travel Agent
  • Show: Choose to show All (both Companies and Travel Agents), Show Company, or Show Travel Agent.

 

 

The report will always include the following parameters:

  • Reservations
  • Nights
  • Room Revenue
  • Total Revenue

 

The report will be sorted by the following parameters:

  • Company/Travel Agent / Hotel Code
  • Active Reservations
  • Cancelled Reservations
  • No Show Reservations
  • Active Room Nights
  • Cancelled Room Nights
  • No Show Nights
  • Total Revenue
  • Room Revenue
  • ADR

 

Financial Transactions Report

 

The Financial Transactions Report can be sorted by the following parameters:

  • Property Group
  • Property
  • Business Date: Defaults to last 100 days, but you can sort by various date ranges.
  • Charge Code Type
  • Charge Code
  • Currency

 

 

The report will be divided by Charge Group and Charge Type.

 

The Charge Group section will be sorted by the following parameters:

  • Currency/Charge Group/Charge Code: You can expand the charge groups to view charge codes by clicking the button to the left of the charge groups.
  • Grand Total
  • Hotel Name

 



The Charge Type section will be sorted by Total Revenue, Total Tax, and Total Payment at the top of the report and the following parameters on the bottom of the report:

  • Currency/Charge Code Type/Charge Code: You can expand the charge code types to view charge codes by clicking the button to the left of the charge code types.
  • Grand Total
  • Hotel Name
