New PMS URLs

As of the Stayntouch Gen2 migration, the PMS URLs have been updated as follows:

• https://pms.stayntouch.com/ is now https://app.us1.stayntouch.com/
• https://pms.us.stayntouch.com/ is now https://app.us2.stayntouch.com/
• https://pms.eu.stayntouch.com/ is now https://app.eu1.stayntouch.com/

NOTE: Entering the old URLs will automatically redirect you to the new URLs.
