Top 100 Guest Report [IN PILOT]

We’re excited to introduce a new Top 100 Guest Report! The Top 100 Guest Report can be run from Reports > New Report > Top Guest Report.

Note: This report uses our new reporting tool, so you’ll notice a different layout and user experience compared to our existing PMS reports. It’s designed to deliver faster access to data and greater flexibility. Over time, we’ll continue rolling out more reports using this updated format.

Once you’ve run the report, at the top of the report, you can choose the following filters:

Sort By: Defaults to Total Revenue, but you can also select Room Nights.
Top: Defaults to 100, but you can also select 10, 25, or 50.
Date Range: Defaults to this year to date, but you can sort by various date ranges.

The top of the report will show Total Revenue, Room Revenue, Reservations, and Nights.

The bar chart will be sorted by the following criteria:

Ranking
First Name
Last Name
Email
Room Nights
Total Revenue
Stays
CXL Res (Cancelled Reservations)
No Shows
CXL (Cancelled Room Nights)
No Show Nights
Room Revenue
ADR
