Business On The Books By Room Type Report [IN PILOT]

We’re excited to introduce a new Business on the Books by Room Type Report! The Business on the Books by Room Type Report can be run from Reports > New Report > Property BoB by Room Type Report.

Note: This report uses our new reporting tool, so you’ll notice a different layout and user experience compared to our existing PMS reports. It’s designed to deliver faster access to data and greater flexibility. Over time, we’ll continue rolling out more reports using this updated format.

Once you’ve run the report, you can filter by Room Type Name and Business Date. The Business Date will default to the next 7 days, but you can sort by various date ranges.

The top of the report will show the following information:

AVG OCC: Average occupancy
ADR: Average daily rate
SUM OF TOTAL REV: Sum of total revenue
TOTAL ROOMS
OOO: Out of Order rooms

A line chart will also display the Sum of Total Revenue by Date, and a pie chart will display the Room Night Breakdown.

The bar chart will be sorted by the following criteria:

Total Rms (Rooms)
Total Avl (Availability)
Total OOO (Out of Order)
Total Occ (Occupancy)
Total Rvn (Revenue)
Total ADR (Average Daily Rate)
Group Picked Up
Group Unpicked Up
Group Rvn (Revenue)
Group ADR (Average Daily Rate)
Allotment Picked Up
Allotment Unpicked Up
Allotment Rvn (Revenue)
Allotment ADR (Average Daily Rate)
Individual Rms (Rooms)
Individual Rvn (Revenue)
Individual ADR (Average Daily Rate)

You can expand the bar chart by clicking the Maximize element button or space bar on your keyboard.

You can export the report by clicking the three ellipses next to the Maximize element button. The report can be exported via CSV, Excel, JSON, or PDF, and you can send or schedule an export via direct download or email.

Moreover, you can choose which of the above criteria to Sort the report by.

The Alert when… button will allow you to send an email alert under the specified conditions.
