Portal (Goki)

Portal is an access platform developed by GokiTech. Portal is an all-in-one platform that automates access and streamlines operations for hotels and residential developments. It enhances guest experience while unlocking new revenue opportunities through seamless smart space management.

• Portal is a smart access platform that transforms legacy locks into SmartLocks at zero cost (there is a conversion software in place).
• Provides operators full control and visibility across all spaces.
• Scalable SaaS solution.

Features Supported By Integration:

• Pull reservation and guest data/updates.
• After check-in:
  • Download the app—an email with instructions is sent.
  • Activate the key by logging into the app with the PMS confirmation number.
  • Enter the room by tapping the Unlock key in the app.
• The PIN number is not displayed in the PMS UI currently—might be supported in the future.

This integration can be used globally.
