Siriusware POS by Accesso is a solution that creates connected guest experiences with a focus on theme parks.
Main Features:
- Module-based, such as ticketing, virtual queuing, guest experience solutions, restaurant, and retail.
- Easy-to-use interface
- Stay in control—easy to set up, configure, and manage, plus decide the reports that you want.
Functionalities Supported By Integration:
Any goods (tickets) and services sold through Siriusware POS’s modules can be routed to the room.
- Guest Validation: In-house guests can be searched and validated through the room number and name.
- Accounts/posting_accounts: Open accounts can be searched and validated through the name.
- Bill Posting: Guest charges can be routed to the in-house room or accounts/posting_account for future settlement.
- Usage of Accounts/posting_accounts: When the guest is in the property but not yet checked in, the team opens an account to routed charges from the POS (for example, tickets). Once the guest is checked in, the account’s bill is routed to the room.
- Rebate Transactions are supported.
- Split Transactions: Charges can be split where some charges are paid at the POS and some routed to the room or accounts/posting_account for future settlement.
- Non-Residential Guest/Passerby: Not supported.
This integration can be used globally in the countries where the vendor is compliant.
WEBHOOK USAGE
- There are no webhooks in use.
API USAGE
- GET /hotels/{id}/charge_codes
- GET /reservations: With parameters hotel_id, room, last_name, and checked_in=true
- GET /posting_accounts: With parameters hotel_id, account_number, name, and status=open
- POST /reservations/{id/transactions
- POST /posting_accounts/{id/transactions
- The credentials should be granted directly to hotels.
