Room Move Report

OVERVIEW

The Room Move Report displays specific information about guest room movements after check-in, including date, time, guest name, room numbers, and user for room moves.

REPORT FILTERS

DATE RANGE (FROM/TO)	Select a date range.
ROOM TYPES	Choose from one, multiple, or all room types.

REPORT OUTPUT

The Room Move Report can be exported via CSV file or printed, and it will appear in the Reports Inbox as pictured below. You will see the following fields on the report:

Moved On: Date and time the room was moved.
Guest: Guest name and date and time checked in.
Moved From: The room number and room type the guest was moved from.
Moved To: The room number and room type the guest was moved to.
Moved By: The user who moved the room.
