Stayntouch PMS [INTERNAL USE ONLY] How To Link Stayntouch Pay To A xnPOS Outlet
To link Stayntouch Pay to a xnPOS outlet, please follow the steps below:
1. Confirm xnPOS contact with client.
2. Set up terminal in Stayntouch PMS.
3. Via the Adyen portal navigate to Menu > In-person payments > Terminals.
4. Select terminal, and then navigate to Settings > Integrations > Encryption Key.
5. Switch on the toggle to the right to “decrypt” the encryption key.
6. If key encryption credentials exist, copy the following credentials:
- Key identifier
- Key passphrase
- Key version
7. Email the encryption credentials to your contact at xnPOS.
8. If the key encryption credentials do not exist, please generate the following credentials:
- Key identifier: xnPOS + last 4 digits of terminal code
- Key passphrase: follow instructions
- Key version: 1
