Treeing.app

Treeing.app is an platform where hotels are listed, and registered guests can book their rooms. The concept is knowns as an “OTA alike CRM system”. The solution has a strong CRM component that focuses on repeat and loyal guests. When it comes to its IBE component, normally it distributes only certain room types and dedicated rate. The hotel can access Treeing platform to create custom discounts, packages, and promotions. The target hotels are independent hotels with a lot of business travels.

Features Supported By Integration:

Pull hotel settings, such as rates, room, room types, among others.
Pull one rate per hotel and room availability—the most common case is that the hotel will make limited room types available but have the room inventory also supported.
Push reservations to Stayntouch PMS—normally is a pre-paid rate where the payment is processed outside of Treeing.

The integration does not support reservation updates and packages/add-ons, multiple guests per reservation (only primary guest), promotions, groups, and company rates.

The integration does not support cancellation of a reservation, by choice. This is handled by the hotel in Stayntouch PMS and Treeing extranet.

This integration can be used globally.
