Hoteza is a cloud-based “Guest Journey Platform” that unifies every digital touchpoint a hotel wants to offer. Their products include mobile check-in, e-signature, guest app (web and native), Hoteza TV, Chromecast-style cast, Hoteza HSIA/Wi-Fi, in-room HotPad tablets and HotSign digital signage; however, the integration to Stayntouch currently includes only Hoteza TV and Hoteza HSIA/Wi-Fi.

Features Supported By This Integration – Hoteza TV & Hoteza HSIA/Wi-Fi:

A personalized welcome message will display on the TV set upon guest check-in.
The guest will access internet through a captive portal after providing the last name and room number.
The guest can request services from the TV set, such as room service and video on demand (VOD), and charges are sent to the room.
The guest can see its bill from the TV set.
After check-out, all the guest’s information is cleared.

This integration can be used globally.

A second phase of the integration will support check-in journey and e-signature.
