How To Change Your Stayntouch Pay Bank Account
To change your Stayntouch Pay bank account, you will need to send Customer Support the routing number, account number, and a bank statement (no older than 12 months) for the new bank account. Instead of a bank statement, you can also provide a deposit slip, screenshot of online banking environment, a letter from your bank, or a check; however, we generally recommend sending a bank statement.

Please note, the bank account change could take a couple days to become available. Once the new bank account is available, it will become the new payout account, and money will go to that account.
