PriceLabs is a revenue management platform that helps short-term rental hosts and property managers optimize pricing, track market trends, and analyze portfolio performance. It combines human control with best-in-class automation and market data to maximize revenue.

Features Supported By Vendor’s Solution:

• Dynamic Pricing: Automatically updates your listing rates based on market data, demand patterns, and custom settings.
• Market Dashboards: Offers market intelligence with automated insights and trends.
• Portfolio Analytics: Real-time performance tracking for your listings.
• Revenue Estimator Pro: Predicts potential revenue based on historical trends.

Features Supported By Integration:

• The vendor fetches reservation data during onboarding for 2 years in a timeframe of 24 hours after midnight UTC time.
• Synchronization is referred to by PriceLab when they send price adjustment of the base price and is done on demand. The vendor will send dates/room types that have a variation (delta) compared to the last synchronization.  
• A full year synchronization can be requested by the hotel; this action is performed by PriceLabs. 

The vendor’s solution does not support multiple room types in a unique request; the solution embeds one room type per master rate per request. 

The vendor may have the capacity to dismiss price changes within a small variance range on a per hotel custom basis.

Onboarding

• The vendor fetches reservations on the books and past reservations of the last 24 months through API requests.
• This integration can be used globally.

• There are no webhooks in use.

GENERATING OAUTH KEYS

• Stayntouch Implementations/CSM will generate API OAuth keys, which need to be sent to the hotel directly. PriceLabs' guidance is that the hotel will fill out the credential information in their dedicated onboarding page.
