• Hoteliers can build and schedule automated emails triggered by reservation criteria.
• Build or customize HTML email templates for scheduled distribution.
• Guest survey and sentiment analysis.
• Build, configure, and publish a variety of web forms to capture data from guests and customers.
• Organize and track guest data based on various attributes.
• Using AI and a dialogue prompt, hoteliers can converse with their CRM data by asking questions in plain language.

Features Supported By Integration:

• Retrieve reservation and folio information.
• Retrieve guest cards.
• During onboarding, the vendor fetches 24 months of historical data if older data period PMS exports will be used.

This integration can be used globally.
