• Using AI and a dialogue prompt, hoteliers can converse with their CRM data by asking questions in plain language.

• Retrieve reservation and folio information.
• Retrieve guest cards.
• During onboarding, the vendor fetches 24 months of historical data if older data period PMS exports will be used.

GENERATING OAUTH KEYS

• Stayntouch Implementations/CSM will generate API OAuth keys to Pulse by Clicsoft:
