Integration Requirements

The integration is one-way from Stayntouch PMS to Demand 360, using a PUSH method, which sends out reservations, groups, and stay data after check-out.

Demand360 requires the ability to request resync going back 13-24 months.
- Initially Demand360 will ask for a 24 month resync.
- After go live, Demand360 can go back and ask for resyncs in case of outages.
Demand360 requires the ability to sync 12 months future data upon site going live.
No mapping is needed; data is sent as is in Stayntouch PMS.
