Journey is a platform that offers customizable rewards programs tailored for independent properties. Backed by deep guest insights, advanced analytics, and AI-powered recommendations, Journey empowers independent hotels to create memorable guest experiences and drive consistent growth.


Journey serves properties that typically attract travellers who reject “chain luxury” in favor of distinctive, soulful experiences.


Guests earn points for stays that can be converted in rewards usable in hotels that are part of the alliance.

Features supported by the integration:

  • Journey fetches reservations and guests data. 
  • Journey fetches the revenue generated (to assign the points).
  • This is a one-way integration. There will be a second stage of development to push reservations to the PMS.


The integration can be used globally.

    • Endpoint to pull/push requests
