How To Change The Confirmation Email "From" Address & Set Up A Dedicated Domain

To change the name that displays for confirmation emails from the email inbox "From" address, we suggest changing the EMAIL DOMAIN AND FROM ADDRESS FOR GUESTS field from Settings > Hotel & Staff > Hotel Details in the below prescribed format:

Hotel Name <hotel email address>
Example: Stayntouch Hotel <info@stayntouch.com>

That will then display just "Stayntouch Hotel" from the inbox "From" address instead of "info@stayntouch.com".

Note: If your email address appears as illustrated below (i.e., your email address followed by "via stayntouch.com"), you have the option to set up a dedicated domain name for your hotel.

To set up a dedicated domain name for your hotel, please contact Customer Support. Our network team will provide you the required records for your domain owner to add to your DNS.
