Stayntouch PMS Did You Know? Attach Multiple Rate Plans To A Single Reservation
Did you know that you can attach multiple rate plans to a single reservation? Just follow these simple steps!
From the Rooms & Rates screen, select the Show Stay Dates button located on the top right corner of the screen.
The first night will be highlighted in orange. Next, select the rate plan that you would like to book for the first night, within the reservation stay dates.
Next, select the second night, and assign the desired rate plan. Notice that the second night within the stay dates is now highlighted in orange, and displays the second night's rate.
Repeat the above steps to select a rate plan for all remaining nights. Then select the green DONE button.
The RESERVATION SUMMARY will display "Multiple Rates Selected". To view each selected rate plan, click on the bar that contains the average nightly rate.
The Rate Details window will show each night's rate. If needed, edits can be made from this window.
