Faundit improves the lost and found experience by delivering a streamlined, automated, and customer-centric solution. Unlike traditional methods, Faundit transcends basic tracking, offering a fully digital ecosystem that minimizes operational friction and maximizes guest satisfaction.

Main Features:

The Hotel user uses the app to register a lost item.
The App identifies the guest who occupied the room and contact them to verify ownership. The guest can choose to either donate the item or have it shipped.
The guest can pay the shipping cost directly and track the delivery.
Personalised branding in communications and shipping packaging.
A consistent and exceptional guest experience.

Supported Features:

Faundit fetches reservations and guest data. This is a 1-way integration; the hotel accesses the detailed information in the backend of Faundit.

This integration uses Stayntouch Connect APIs.

WEBHOOK USAGE

No webhooks are in use.

GET/rooms
GET/reservations – With parameters hotel_id, date_filter=departure, from_date/to_date for the incremental.
