Refund A Credit Card Payment

Once you know that you're ready to process the refund, and you're on the bill, first click the purple pencil icon for the charge that needs to be refunded.

So long as you have the permission to do so, you can then click the blue REFUND button at the top of the popup window.

However, you do not have to refund the full original amount paid. You can also enter a different amount to refund, as shown here. In this example though, we will refund the full amount.

You can then click the blue REFUND button to process the refund.
