
Generate A Statement From Accounts Receivable
The generate a statement from Accounts Receivable, click on the hamburger menu icon in the top left corner of the navigation bar.
Then navigate to Financials > Accounts Receivables.
We can select or search for the account that we wish to generate a statement for.
Here you'll see a list of all invoices that are currently open and require settlement. By selecting the statement button on the righthand side, you'll find options for a detailed or summary statement.

When generating the summary layout statement, the statement can be printed or emailed directly from the PMS.
To limit which invoices appear on the statement, you can change the date range, and thereby change what is displayed in the list and what will appear in the statement to be printed or emailed directly.
