
Housekeeping Reports
To generate housekeeping reporting, navigate to Housekeeping > Room Status.
This gives us a list of all of our rooms with their current housekeeping status. This list can be printed, but we would normally first want to filter our results, which we can do by selecting the filter icon.
Now we can select our desired filters and click APPLY to update the room status list based on our selected criteria. There is a filter for specific work types, a filter for specific housekeeping staff, as well as a filter for specific room types.
You can also select from the lists for HOUSEKEEPING STATU, RESERVATION STATUS, or FRONT OFFICE STATUS.
Once you've selected the various options you'd like to include in your report, click the APPLY button in the top right corner to apply the selected filters.
From here, you can review your report directly in the application, or you can print out the report or save it as a PDF by clicking the printer icon in the top right of the screen.
To locate a few additional handy housekeeping reports, navigate to Reports > New Report.

From the list of reports you can either scroll or type in the name or part of the name in the search bar at the top of the screen to search.
When selecting any of the housekeeping reports, you'll have the ability to filter the view or sort order from the menu on the right.
The Departure Report lets you see all guests still due out for the day.
The Early Check-In Report can be useful for prioritizing rooms that need to be cleaned first throughout the day.
The Rooms OOO/OOS (Out of Order or Out of Service) Report helps to quickly identify rooms that are not currently available to sell or are out of service.
The side menu allows you to filter these rooms by floor or by the reason code applied to the room when it was placed out of order or out of service.

Lastly, the Vacant Rooms Report allows you to quickly see all vacant rooms that have remained vacant over a certain period of time and allows you to sort those rooms by type, number, and more.
