
Housekeeping Task Sheets
To view housekeeping task sheet, navigate to the menu and then Housekeeping > Task Management.
On the work management screen, you can collectively review the hours of work that have been assigned within each task type for a day. Click MANAGE WORK SHEETS to assign tasks.
By default, all housekeepers will be selected as being ready to have rooms assigned. Deselect the housekeepers who are not working on the date you're assigning tasks.
You can select the WORK TYPE dropdown menu to filter available tasks shown on the left of the screen. This is helpful if you want to assign tasks, type by type.
To assign tasks, you simply drag the room number and its associated task to the column of the housekeeper to whom you'd like to assign it.
You have the ability to edit your assignments at any time. You can drag and drop the room or task to another column.
There is also a filter on the left of the screen, which allows you to sort the tasks based on a couple of options.
You can filter your view by floor, by front office status, which is either Vacant or Occupied, and by reservation status, such as Arrival, Due Out, Departed, etc.
There are also one-click options for filtering VIPs or showing ALL rooms if needed.
You would then click CONTINUE to confirm the selections you've made.
If you need to start over, you can use the RE-SET button on the top right of the screen, and all assignments will be removed and placed back on the lefthand side to be assigned again.
There is the option to auto-assign rooms, as well. However, this auto-assignment function will not take into consideration work type distribution. It aims to evenly split the number of rooms between the number of housekeepers.
If you're left with a number of rooms that cannot be distributed evenly across the number of housekeepers you have selected for that date, you'll need to manually drag and drop those last few rooms to the appropriate employee.
Clicking SAVE at the top right of the screen will confirm your assignments. Note that you can still edit assignments later on as needed and save again.
Click the PRINT button in the top right corner of the navigation bar.
In the PRINT WORK SHEET popup window, you have the ability to print all or selected housekeepers task sheets.
In the popup, click the specific employee's checkbox to select or deselect them for the printed work sheet.
You also have the ability to change the sort order from Ascending to Descending.
Click PRINT WORK SHEET to have your housekeeping task lists printed out.
You do have the ability to pre-assign tasks for future dates by selecting a date from the calendar field on the top left of the screen.
Select a new date by selecting the date in the calendar popup.
To update room status and check progress of a room, you can navigate to the menu in the upper left and select Housekeeping > Room Status.
Click on the room you'd like to investigate or update.
Change the room status by clicking on the ROOM STATUS dropdown menu and selecting a new status.
The task that has been completed will be displayed in the dropdown below for reference.
