
Resend Confirmation Email
To resend a confirmation email, first search for the guest reservation.
Click the record to proceed.
If you do not see CONFIRMATION on the right of the stay card, it may be that your system is handling confirmations through a third party application. In such cases, this option might be removed to prevent guests receiving multiple duplicate confirmations.
Only email addresses associated with the reservation can be selected; however, additional email addresses can be entered in the ADDITIONAL DETAILS field, on the stay card, under BOOKER EMAIL.
Once you have marked the email addresses to send to, click SEND EMAIL.
Now that the action is confirmed, we can close the window, as the confirmation has been sent.
