Stayntouch PMS Login Overview
You can log into Stayntouch PMS from the instance on which your property is hosted. This will be one of the following URLs:
On the left side of the login page you can access our Knowledge Base. This allows you to scroll through or search for articles and videos on all aspects of the PMS, including training guides for new users, which can be helpful when onboarding new colleagues.
By typing in the search bar, the Knowledge Base will return articles that are relevant to your search term.
Back on the login screen, the second option links to our support portal, where users can create a new ticket or check on the status of an existing ticket.
Enter your email address in the provided field.
Click the NEXT button to proceed.
Type your password into the password field, or click the RESET button on the right if you have forgotten your password to trigger a reset email.
From here, you will be taken to your property, or base property, in Stayntouch PMS.
