
Copy Reservation
Click on the search bar in the navigation bar and enter the guest's name to search for their reservation.
Select the reservation by clicking on it in the list of search results.
Click on the COPY RESERVATION button at the bottom of the stay card.
The dates shown will default to those of the original reservation, which is helpful if booking an additional room for the same stay pattern for this guest; otherwise, we can adjust the arrival and departure dates for the copied reservation, then click CONFIRM to proceed.
If changing dates, select the arrival date from the calendar popup.
Now select a departure date.
Click the CONFIRM button in the COPY RESERVATION window to finalize the changes.
The Credit Card already stored from the original reservation will also be copied over. Also note that the edited rate amount from the original reservation is also copied over. Change either of these now if needed. If there are no additional changes we can select CONTINUE.
Enter the demographics for this reservation, noting they may differ from the first.
Please note, group or allotment reservations cannot be copied.
While you can copy a reservation that has a travel agent card attached, travel agents will NOT copy over to a new reservation, since the reservation is technically originating from the hotel. This can be added in manually if ever needed.
And with that, our reservation has been copied and a new confirmation number generated.
