Enigma offers a wide range of bespoke revenue management services for independent and boutique hotels, as well as small chains and franchised properties.

This integration can be used globally.

Auto-pilot mode for rate updates when you are not around.
Color-coded, clear, and easy-to-read reports.
Detailed pick-up report by month, day, and market segment with budget, last year actuals, forecast, and pace comparisons.
Pricing optimizer – recommends which rate you should sell at for each day of the year and which restrictions you should use.

Features Supported By Integration:

Revenue Management System for Dynamic Pricing Updates:
- Daily once per ay synchronization for the next 365 days, following by on demand ones.
- Hotel’s user on demand synchronization. The vendor’s UI inhibit to start new synchronization if the previous one is still in progress.
- In all scenarios, the vendor sends only the delta to the PMS.

ONBOARDING

The vendor fetches reservations on the books and past reservations of the last 24 months through a PMS export.

WEBHOOK USAGE

There are no webhooks in use.

PUT/rates/{id}/amounts – Rate limit of 50 rates per minute

Stayntouch Implementations/CSM will generate API OAuth keys to Enigma:
