Diamo

Diamo is an AI-powered revenue management platform built for independent hotels. It reads property, reservation, inventory, and group block data from Stayntouch to feed its pricing engine, then writes computed dynamic rates and minimum-stay restrictions back to the PMS. Minimum-stay management is two-way: restriction changes made directly in Stayntouch are ingested via webhooks and reflected in Diamo, with PMS-originated values taking priority. Diamo also supports expert-level SEM and Metasearch marketing.

Pull hotel settings
Pull reservations, inventory, and group blocks
Pull and push rate amounts (daily and hourly – delta only)
Push minimum-stay restrictions
Receive restriction webhook events (two-way minimum-stay sync)

In a following phase, the plan is to support reservations, groups, and rates through webhooks.

The integration can be used globally.

Stayntouch Implementations will generate API OAuth keys to Diamo.
