Macrotech supplies innovative technology to the hospitality industry, which includes products to support pre-check-in, guest communication, door locks, entertainment TV, Network & WiFi, housekeeping operations, and phone systems.

The integration with Macrotech includes their products CloudExt Phone System and GuestXP AI Agent, which support guest WiFi, guest communication, and guest entertainment in addition to housekeeping operations.

The version supported at the moment of certification is 5.1.

Features Supported By This Integration:

Display guest’s information in the phone system.
Set guest last name and room number as a Wi-Fi password.
Set guest name on guest room TV and turn on TV.
Send phone transactions/charges to the PMS.
Send room status updates to the PMS.
After check-out, all the guest’s information and history logs of phone, WiFi, and TV systems are removed.

This integration does not support rebates.
