Custom Sequence: Rate Display

Stayntouch recommends that all rates under Settings > Rates > Rate Sequence > Admin Rate Setup should not select Custom Sequence. They should instead select Alphabetical A-Z or Alphabetical Z-A to avoid issues with rate code display upon creation (via Settings > Rates > Rates).

If Custom Sequence is selected, then all rates will need a sequence allocated.

To edit the Custom Sequence so that all rates display from Settings > Rates > Rates, click the blue EDIT CUSTOM SEQUENCE button from Settings > Rates > Rate Sequence > MANAGE RATES > Select Custom Sequence, and move all of the rates to Rates in Sequence.
