Live With Stayntouch UpsellPRO


Congratulations; your property is now live with Stayntouch UpsellPRO! Now that your property is live, please be sure to take the following steps.


1. View Example Email


From Revenue Management > UpsellPRO > BRANDING > Email, you can review what the upsell email will look like once the draft has been published. At the bottom of the popup window, you’ll see the option to Send Email. Select Force review email, select a reservation and enter your email address to receive an example email.





2. View The Example URL


To see what the URL will look like, navigate to Revenue Management > UpsellPRO > BRANDING > Web. From the popup window, click the reservation ID box and select het reservation you would like to review.




Once you’ve selected a reservation, you can open this in a new window and view the settings you have set up in the branding configuration.




3. Using The Performance Tab


Once the property is live with Stayntouch UpsellPRO, and the emails are being sent to customers, you can use the PERFORMANCE tab from Revenue Management > UpsellPRO to see an overview of the revenue made in purchased upsells.



From this screen, you can also click the individual upgrade possibilities to see which reservations have purchased which offers.



From the Offer Status screen, you can view the flow of emails being sent to customers (see the meaning of each status below).



  • Total: Total number of reservations for the hotel during the selected period 
  • Attrition: Number of no shows and cancellations 
  • Active: Number of reservations Stayntouch UpsellPRO considers for an upsell offer 
  • Emailed: Number of reservations 
  • Evaluated:  Number of reservations evaluated to determine if an offer is available
  • Click Through: Number of offers clicked
  • Accepted: Number of upsell offers purchased


From the PERFORMANCE tab, you can dive into the separate upsells offered.





Additionally, from OPERATIONS, you can find information regarding the upsell of early check-in and late check-out.
