OTA CRS & RMS: Sync Full Year

Hotels using an OTA CRS/RMS now have the option to sync an entire year at once, rather than selecting month by month. However, sync history data will still be processed in 30-day batches, covering all message types. As before, users must wait 180 minutes before resending a sync for the same dates.
