TESTING
1. Confirm with the Duetto installer the integration is activated on their end.
2. Under Synchronize Data, choose a week 6+ months in the future on the calendar. Check the INVENTORY box and SYNC.
3. Let the Duetto installer know what date range was sent, so they can confirm received on their end without errors.
4. Next, navigate to Revenue Management > Rate Manager.
5. The Duetto installer will send a test rate on the BAR/RACK for a date.
6. Navigate to that date/rate on in the Rate Manager to confirm it’s been received and let them know.
7. Next, they will send a test restriction for a date in the same week. Confirm if that is received and showing on the Rate Manager.
8. The Duetto installer will remove the test restriction. Confirm if received.
9. On the date with the rate updates, revert them back to the original rate.
SYNC

- Start date of historical sync should be two years back or whenever first guests stayed, whichever is furthest back. (The systems only goes back two years.)
2. Then sync two years into the future, month by month.
- Select all check boxes of data.
- Select both a from date and to date
- SYNC
3. Note: Data can only be synced once every 180 minutes.
WHAT IS SUPPORTED?
This includes the below Hierarchy Restrictions set in the Rate Manager for:
- House level
- Rate level
- Room type level
SAMPLE TRANSACTIONS/MESSAGES IN KIBANA
- When searching for a message in Kibana, use the PMS Hotel Code and Duetto to locate.
- If Duetto receives the Error Type="3" and Code="15" error messages, this is occurring because Duetto received updates for the rate-room type combinations that are not configured in Stayntouch PMS for those dates.
NEXT STEPS
1. Share the first reservation date in the PMS with the Duetto installer.
2. The Duetto installer will follow up with the property summarizing the testing and sharing the next steps that they will complete in Duetto with that team.
- This includes the Data Quality Evaluation phase and The CS/Go-Live phase.
