Safara


Safara is a booking platform where the guest can make bookings and receive a cash back to put toward future trips. The more bookings that are made in Safara, the more cash back is earned and can be used on Safara bookings worldwide, with no restrictions. The Safara app allows guests to manage their reservations.


This integration can be used globally. The integration to Safara is schedule in several phases. The integration has been certified for the phase 1, which supports the below workflow:

  • Guests can make reservations from the hotel’s website.
  • Safara sends an email or SMS to invite guests to download the app.
  • Guests can view reservations in the app.




Phase 2 will include the opportunity for guests to cancel the reservation in the app.


Phase 3 will allow guests to make special requests for their upcoming stays at the hotel.


Phase 4 will allow guests to use the booking engine to make reservations.


Phase 5 will allow guests to modify reservations through the app.
