IN-Gauge by Frontline
IN-Gauge is an end-to-end solution for driving continuous revenue, employee engagement, and top-tier service at the hotel’s frontline.
This integration can be used globally.
IN-Gauge utilizes data collected from key frontline systems such as Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale systems (POS) to focus action on the true performance indicators that power revenue and service. The system identifies courses of actions that will yield the greatest results.
IN-Gauge helps hotels create a commission structure tailored to the organization that incentivize the frontline staff. The goals and performance are monitored and the progress tracked.
