How To Create A Workstation

To create a new workstation, navigate to the menu and click Settings > Set Workstation and click CREATE A NEW WORKSTATION. You'll then be prompted to enter a WORKSTATION NAME and WORKSTATION ID (these can both be the same; it's up to the hotel), select an EMV TERMINAL and KEY ENCODER, and then click ADD TERMINAL. Once setup is complete, Stayntouch PMS will prompt you to swipe the credit card on that workstation when appropriate.
