Skytab is an all-in-one restaurant platform designed to streamline every aspect of your business, transforming operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. High level description of the integration’s functionalities:

All-in-one restaurant POS system.
Push POS transactions to checked in reservation for future settlement.
Sales transactions can be voided in the POS within the business date and push to the checked in reservation.
The integration does not support passer-by or non-residential uses cases.
The integration does not support outlet name and revenue center.
This integration supports Innspire TV system, previously integrated via Comtrol.

Configuration:

Skytab maps the charge codes using the ID.

WEBHOOK USAGE

No webhooks are in use.

GET/reservations with room parameter and status checked_in
POST/reservations/{id}/transactions
GET /hotels/{id}/charge_codes
GET /hotels/{id}/room_types

GENERATING OAUTH KEYS

Stayntouch Implementations/CSM will generate API OAuth keys to Skytab:
- client_id
- client_secret
- hotel_id
