Batch Print Registration Cards for Arriving Reservations
You can now batch print registration cards for arriving reservations on the Dashboard > ARRIVALS screen. As part of this functionality, you’ll now see an orange printer button at the top left of the Arrivals screen to enter batch registration card printing mode. From there you can either select the checkboxes next to individual reservations to batch print just those reservations, click the “select all” checkbox to print all registration cards on that specific page, or if no reservations are selected, all reservations on all pages will be batch printed.
The Arrivals screen has pagination in place, so if batch registration card printing is invoked for all reservations, this will include all reservations on all pages, not just the current page.
Batch Registration Card Printing On Group Rooming List
You can now batch print registration cards on the group rooming list from Groups > Manage Groups > Select Group > Rooming List Tab. As part of this functionality, you’ll see an orange printer button at the top right of the Rooming List to print registration cards for group arrivals. Before clicking the printer button, you can either select the checkboxes next to individual reservations to batch print just those reservations, click the “select all” checkbox to print all registration cards on the current page, or if no reservations are selected, all reservations on all pages will be batch printed.
Stayntouch PMS will exclude any reservations that are no show, cancelled, or already checked in/out from printing. If all reservations are excluded from printing you will receive a message stating, “No registration cards to print, as there are no future reservations selected.”
Items to Note:
- Registration cards will print in the guest language if present on the guest card; otherwise, they will print in the hotel’s default language.
- If the functionality for Austrian or UAE registration cards is enabled by SNT Admin, those specific templates will be used; otherwise, the standard template will be used.
Batch Registration Card Print: Choose Sort Order for Printed Registration Cards (Arrivals & Groups)
Printed registration cards are now sorted by either ROOM NUMBER ASC, ROOM NUMBER DESC, LAST NAME ASC, or LAST NAME DESC during the Arrivals and Groups batch printing processes. Upon selecting the print button, you can choose to SORT BY either ROOM NUMBER ASC, ROOM NUMBER DESC, LAST NAME ASC, or LAST NAME DESC.

Please note, if you choose to sort by room number (either ascending or descending), reservations with no room number assigned will print either before or after the reservations with assigned room numbers.
Furthermore, if you choose to sort by last name (either ascending or descending), reservations with no name present (i.e., pending group reservations) will print either before or after the reservations with names present.
