Hotel Genie


Hotel Genie is a self-service technology provider. It offers customized communication solutions for hotels and casinos. Hotels using Hotel Genie provide an Amazon Alexa device in the room as a communication solution for voice and touch interaction with the customers. This integration can be used globally.


Main Features:

  • Respond to Guest Requests: Immediate notification and comprehensive reporting metrics on response times and common requests.
  • MS & In-App Messaging: Communicate with a single guest or groups, broadcast emergency messages.
  • Improve Guest Experience


When a guest checks in, the Alexa app available in the room recognizes that the room is occupied by the guest and uses their name and stay dates based on the reservation. The guest can use Alexa to make request to the hotel’s team.
