RIMS


RIMS has been designed to replace standard static confirmation/cancellation letters used by hotels. RIMS gathers data from the PMS and then crafts an email template using the reservation details and the hotel’s design preferences. RIMS also supports pre-arrival and post-stay communications. This integration can be used globally.

For direct reservations, RIMS send the guest a confirmation letter based on rules and guest journeys. The guest receives a dynamic confirmation letter that allows them to add notes or preferences to the reservation. These are handled as requested, and RIMS sends them to the hotel, who then validates them. The guest will receive an email from the hotel granting requests.

 NOTE: The Stayntouch confirmation letter should be turned off to avoid conflict with confirmation letters.
