Owner Relations Integration Setup

Owner Relations provides robust condo hotel software, owner accounting, and owner portal software solutions for condo hotels, fractional hotels, residence clubs, timeshare resorts, HOAs, and property management companies. Stayntouch PMS now offers specific exports to help customers using Owner Relations ensure a more seamless data transfer between the two systems by capturing and syncing guest reservations, charges, and payments to Owner Relations, eliminating the need for manual human intervention.

Data file extracts can be transferred via web service, secured FTP (instructions for this setup are listed below), or another approved method on a scheduled daily basis. 

SFTP CONNECTION

Owner Relations will need to provide the hotel with the server address, file path, username, and password. To set up the SFTP connection:

• From the Stayntouch PMS menu, navigate to Settings > Hotel & Staff > SFTP Servers > + ADD NEW.
• Enter the credentials as follows: 
  • SERVER DESCRIPTION: Owner Relations
  • SFTP ADDRESS: <<PROVIDED BY OWNER RELATIONS>>
  • PORT: 22
  • FILE PATH: <<PROVIDED BY OWNER RELATIONS>>
  • USERNAME: <<PROVIDED BY OWNER RELATIONS>>
  • PASSWORD: <<PROVIDED BY OWNER RELATIONS>>

• Next, click TEST CONNECTIVITY to ensure that you are able to connect; a green bar should appear at the top.

After you have saved the new SFTP server, you will be ready to schedule the three exports utilized for this integration from Reports > Schedule a Report/Export > Scheduled Exports > + NEW EXPORT SCHEDULE.

OWNER RELATIONS FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS

Search for the Owner Relations Financial Transactions export.

• Schedule Parameters
  • TIME PERIOD: Yesterday
  • Select the checkbox for INCLUDE CSV HEADER.

• Schedule Details

• REPEATS: Run During EOD
• ENDS ON: Select NEVER.

• Distribution List
  • DELIVERY METHOD: SFTP Type
  • ADD RECIPIENT: Select the Owner Relations SFTP. Please follow up with your Owner Relations contact to get the correct SFTP credentials and refer to the notes on setting up the SFTP Server.

• Click SAVE SCHEDULE.

Search for the Owner Relations Guests export.

• Schedule Parameters
  • TIME PERIOD: Yesterday
  • Select the checkbox for INCLUDE CSV HEADER.

• Schedule Details

• Distribution List
  • DELIVERY METHOD: SFTP Type

• Click SAVE SCHEDULE.
