Solution For Check-Out Error


If you are getting an “Internal server error occurred” message when attempting to check out a reservation, please navigate to Housekeeping > Room Status and change the room status for the room you are checking out to any other room status (e.g., Dirty, Clean, Inspected), and then switch the room back to its original status. This will then allow you to check the guest out.
