Stayntouch PMS TTI Scanning Solutions (Desko Icon® ID & Passport Scanner)
The TTI Desko Icon® ID and Passport Scanner scans guest passports and a variety of ID types to capture the following identifying fields:
- Last Name
- First Name
- Nationality
- ID number
- Front Image/Back Image of Driver's License, ID, and Passport Card Front Image of Passport Book Face Image Into Profile image

The TTI Desko Icon® scans Driver’s Licenses, Government IDs, and Passports from all over the world (see attached spreadsheet for supported ID types). Simply place the ID on glass for quick read results and 0.400 dpi high-resolution scans with sophisticated reflection removal scan technology. The device also uses keyboard emulation to allow for mapping of data from the ID to the various fields in your guest profile. All the user has to do is place the document on the scanner, define ID or Passport in Stayntouch PMS, then press F1 for ID or F2 for passport. The scanner will do the rest. The ID itself will be uploaded to the ID scan section of the stay card. The name on the ID will not replace the guest name on the stay card; it will just populate under ID scan section of the stay card.
The Guest profile will be updated with Nationality, Document Type (passport/ID card) , Document number and guest image.
- ID details captured will include - Last Name, First Name, Nationality, Document number , ID Image and image of guest updated on the Avatar for guest profile
