Screen Mirroring For Electronic Signature Capture/Invoice Review

Hotels can use screen mirroring functionality with Front Desk PCs to touchscreen monitors (example model here that can be purchased on Amazon with the stand) via an ON/OFF USB hub switch like this one or this one. Please note, the hub switch used will depend on the Front Desk computer/hardware.

Screen mirroring can be a useful tool for electronic signature capture as well as invoice review at check-out. The PC and touchscreen monitor can be connected and placed next to the keyboard, so the Front Desk agent can switch to screen mirroring when the hotel is ready for the guest to see the screen. The Front Desk agent can then watch the signature capture on their end and kill the screen using the hub switch once they're ready to move forward. This is useful to prevent guests from inadvertently clicking on the wrong buttons.
