Stayntouch IBE: Destination Fee As Separate Line Item

Once a customer has selected their room and rate, the reservation summary will show all taxes/fees bundled into one line item for the price details.

If your property wants to display a custom tax on a separate line item, please contact Customer Support to set this up. This tax should be a flat/static amount.

Items to Note:

• The custom tax name can also be customized (e.g., "Destination Fee" or "Resort Fee"). Please let Customer Support know what you want this to be.
• The option for custom tax is only for the rate display. It does not negate any of the current setup in Stayntouch PMS; it is solely to inform the customer of the destination fee.

Please note, custom tax will display in the price details for every rate, so we recommend only using this functionality if all rates have custom tax configured.
