Unified Onboarding – Stayntouch Pay

Please complete the following steps to complete your application for Stayntouch Pay.

You will receive an email from no-reply@comms.adyen.com with an invite to set your username and password in the Essentials portal. This is the user platform for Stayntouch Pay.

If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder.

The email will look like this:

After setting your password, you will get access to the Essentials portal.

You can now continue to log into the Essentials portal.

After logging in to the portal, please complete all steps to onboard your account onto Stayntouch Pay.

By clicking through each step, you will be able to add the required information.

Your application will be reviewed after all segments have been completed.
